Earlier this week we reviewed Little Italy Pizza on 45th Street. Before that it was the Little Italy chain. The 43rd Street namesake is not related to either.

Slices ($2.75) are of the thicker variety compared to 45th Street, but the crust doesn’t have much flavor and is on the floppy side. There is plenty of cheese of the typical low moisture mozzarella variety, which cooks through well. There is also a decent amount of sauce, however there was not enough bite coming through due to all the olive oil.

Unfortunately, while this Little Italy has been around for a while, it is nothing to write home about.
