Pizza Boli’s – multiple locations

Multiple locations

There are over fifty Pizza Boli’s locations in and around Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland and we don’t recommend any of them. The slices are jumbo size, so by definition filling, but that doesn’t mean they are any good. The interiors are generally small, with anywhere from a few tables to little more than a counter to lean on while you wait. Think Domino’s but on a more localized scale.

Slices ($5) are oily and piled with cheese, making us fear we might choke. The bland, Wonder Bread crust is lighter and crispier than some other jumbo slice competitors and what little sauce there was seemed to be watered down and low grade. On the plus side, Pizza Boli’s advertises that their food contains zero trans fats.

If you are desperate, drunk or just need the ultimate in convenience, feel free to give it a try.
